Background & Profile of the Owner/Founder

The Company has developed around the experience of the owner/founder, Gordon Anderson.
Management Consulting Experience
He has gained considerable management and management consulting experience in the UK, Europe and Asia, with large and small companies, including Honeywell, Middle East Airways, British Airways, RBS (the Royal Bank of Scotland), Bank Muscat, Oman International Bank, Oman Central Bank, John Brown Engineering, Shell, Scottish Power, Scottish Nuclear Fuels, the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh, the Lanitis Group, Cyprus, Kanika Hotels, Cyprus, Aphrodite Hills Resort, Cyprus, the Cyprus Institute of Neurology and Genetics, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore, Singapore Airlines, the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, the Hong Kong Institute of Personnel Management and the Government of Brunei.
Experienced Trainer & Coach
He is an experienced trainer and coach, having spent several years in the university sector, where he was MBA Programmes Director in a major UK university, and also Professor and Head of Business, before becoming Principal of a private college in Muscat, Oman.
International Experience
He has gained considerable international experience as a management trainer and management consultant. He has undertaken consulting assignments and conducted training programs in 14 countries, including the UK, Germany, Cyprus, Lebanon, Oman, Kuwait, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Sri Lanka, Poland, Kenya, Thailand and Indonesia.
Research & Publications
Author of four books and over 30 articles on human resource management, he is an acknowledged expert in the field, with performance management, performance appraisal, pay, rewards and incentive systems, customer service and managing change as his main specialities.
Qualifications
Masters degree from St Andrews University, Scotland; Fellow of three prestigious professional organizations – the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development), London; the Institute of Management UK; and the Royal Society of Arts & Manufactures.
Recent Experience
Much of his recent experience has involved training, consulting and Mystery Shopping for the tourism industry, clients including hotels and restaurants.
